The most important factor for losing body fat is all around you. It is found over two third part of the planet. If you take proper diet and exercise regularly, but still need to lose weight, then might be you are just not drinking enough water. Drinking lots of water does help you lose weight and it also helps you lose it faster.
I have a permanent state of dehydration because I do not drink enough water.I was also heavier by a few more pounds than was healthy for me. So, to get the weight off, or at least make a good start, I started drinking more water. I noticed that it gave me more energy as my metabolism started working differently.I did a good amount of research and this is what I discovered about metabolism.
There are many types of metabolism going on in a person’s body at all times, but to lose weight your metabolism needs to convert fat to energy which is what the liver does. But the liver also does other works – like to pick up the duties of the kidneys when they are not working properly. If you are dehydrated, your kidneys do not get enough water to work and the liver has to do their work as well as its own work. When the liver does the work of kidneys, it can’t process fat to produce energy as fast as it can when the kidneys are doing their job.So, no doubt that the fat stores up.It is a situation like your colleague is absent and you will have to do his work with doing your own work. And your pending work becomes another source of concern for you.
Another problem is also that often we decide to increase our water intake, but very few of us stick with it.When we started to drink more water, we visited to the bathroom more frequently. This can be very discouraging, and can certainly interfere with a normal day.We think that water is coming out just as fast as it’s going in, and so most of us decide we should give up the habit of drinking water.
What is happening is that our bodies are eliminating the water that has been stored over the years of what is called “survival mode”. But as we continue to drink a lot of water, our body starts getting rid of what it doesn’t need – which is the water that has been stored in our thighs, ankles and hips.We are getting rid of water that is not important for our body.We generally reach what is known as a “break though” point where our bodies will let us return to normal and we are not going to the restroom as much.
If you find the taste of water very boring, try drinking sparkling water. You can find a large assortment of calorie free flavors to flavor sparkling water to great taste at http://allfreightfree.com
So, yes, drinking water does help with losing weight and needs to be part of any diet loss plan for that plan to work more effectively.
