what are some "superfoods" for women?

trying to make a whole lifestyle change by incorporating healthier food choices daily. So far I've started with:
-less red meat more fish
-daily oatmeal and yogurt
-snacking on fresh fruits and nuts
-Omega 3 supplements

any info. links will help!

Papaya, flax seed, tofu, collard greens, almonds, blueberries, etc…. There are lots more in the links that I provided.

bananas during that time of the month are good also try drinking more fresh orange juice
