What are some of the best Super Bowl Foods? I need some Ideas!?

by Aiden Zamora on October 31, 2008

Anything that is quick and finger food type stuff too.

I'm making chili, chicken wing dip and nacho dip

1lb ground beef browned

1 large onion chopped

3 stalks celery chopped

green and red pepper chopped

1tbsp chili powder , 1tbsp cumin salt, pepper (or use 1 packet chili seasoning instead, i prefer the seasoning packet)

1 tin red kidney beans with liquid

1 tin brown beans

1 tin drained chickpeas

1 tin chopped tomatoes or 1 package of cherry tomatoes sliced in half

1 tin spaghetti sauce

1/2 square Bakers unsweetend chocolate (THIS IS THE KEY)

Mix it all up simmer low for 6-8 hours

Yum OH !!

Chicken Wing Dip

2 pkgs of cream cheese

2 cups cooked, shredded chicken (I used thighs)

3/4 cup of hot sauce, such as Frank's Red Hot

1 cup of Ranch dressing (but I bet blue cheese would work well too)

1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Combine softened cream cheese, Ranch dressing, hot sauce, cheese and chicken in a bowl. Transfer to a lightly oiled 9X13 baking dish and spread evenly. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, or until bubbling and hot. Serve with tortilla chips and celery sticks.

buy some lunch meats from the deli….like a pound or each…turkey, roast beast, ham…etc… make a tray of condiments like lettuce tomato onion and cheese…mustard mayo…then take some dollar rolls (dollar rolls, dinner rolls.) Let your guests make their own hand sandwiches…you win and so do the Colts.

Buy mini bagels spread pizza sauce over them and top with mozzarella cheese pop them in the oven for a few minutes and you have tiny pizzas that are easy and delicious.
Enjoy the game.
