Jing Soup

This is a yummy mixture that I’ve found to be very fortifying lately. I always feel out the amount on the ingredients and alter to my taste buds, but it goes something like this:

Into a small bowl goes:

- A good sized handful of Whole Foods 365 brand shelled Edamame beans (which I buy frozen and let thaw on the counter or slower in the fridge),

- I tear up Dulse into small pieces and scatter them in the beans to make a pretty spotted pattern,

- I pour warm (actually hot, which cools to warm very quickly) water in the bowl (at least enough to cover said ingredients, sometimes more if I want it more soupy),

- I empty the contents of 4 capsules of Quantum Kidney Complex (one may be better served to start with less, especially if they are a small person) and 3 capsules (maybe start with less again) of Quantum Xeno Detox into the mix. These two together make for powerful deep Jing replenishment, in our experience.

- I then sprinkle Quantum Rx’s Tomato Concentrate and Nutritional Flakes on the top (usually enough to cover most of the top) and stir them in.

- I also add approximately 1/4 tsp (to taste) of Sun Fire Salt, and usually sprinkle a dash of Cayenne pepper to the mix.

- I drizzle some QRx EFA Oil Blend and sprinkle some cold-stored Hemp Seeds on top, stir in and enjoy with gratitude, usually with Mache greens on the side.

- I also usually add in the contents of 1-2 capsules of Allicidin Complex, but I consider this optional, as it certainly adds kick. It is an excellent way to get some powerful garlic energy in for those who are experimenting with SITS type protocols.

Any ideas?
