My recipes are usually complicated, but this one was so easy, I had to share it with you.

Black Tahini Balls:

? cup Black Tahini
? cup (or slightly less) Raw Whipped Honey w/ Bee Pollen & Royal Jelly
Pinch of Himalayan Sea Salt
1 Teaspoon Cacao Powder

Mix the tahini & honey together using the ?scissor method? (take 2 knives or 2 wooded skewers, one in each hand & cut like scissors), until well blended.

Make the size of the ball slightly larger then a size of a marble.

Add Cacao Powder to a small bowl, (use one that can roll a ball around with out touching it)

After you form 1 tahini ball, roll it in cacao powder to coal all sides. Put it in a shallow container that has a lid. Continue the process for the balance, adding more cacao powder if needed.

Freeze the balls, & keep stored in the freezer. Oh my goodness, this is tasty!
