Doesnt that go against everything you said? Its funny. I came to this video after watching the “photoshop re-touch” video and if I’m not mistaken (and I might be!), the photo of the ‘work out girl’ is the re-touched image from that video.
What’s funny is that in the photoshop video they said how bad it was that celebrities always have their photos retouched, presenting an unattainable level of perfection but they have gone and used the retouched photo made in that video (4.03) … hypocrisy?

1. While running will burn more calories WHILE you do it, this will burn a little less WHILE you do it, but it will crank up your metabolism for the next 24-36 hours..so you will end up burning more calories in TOTAL doing this.
2. You can send your heart rate through the roof doing this stuff.. but you have to do it fast and with little rest period.. the problem is people just sit around on benches and move weights for 3 sets of 10 with lots of rest. That won’t tax your cardio system.
