if your a woman you …
if your a woman you wont nessecarily lose your breasts..your chest will get tighter and you wont get masculine shoulders unless you use a combination of pushups and weights. if your a woman youll just get a tighter chest and a little harder defined muscles (which you want) you wont get mass muscle since woman dont produce as much testosterone as men – if your only doing pushups. :)
