I need to lose 100 pounds which means that I am overweight. I wanted to know the best way to lose those pounds without having surgery or extreme dieting. I am on weight watchers right now. I walk for thirty to forty five minutes each day.

walk a lot , eat healthy , exercise. the basics. it is going to take along time, but its gonna be worthwhile. what ever you do i wouldnt try those special meals that you see on TV . YUCK! dont try those cookies either ! YUCKOO ! i would also ask your doctor for some suggestions.

The healthiest way possible is to remain the way you are and at your current pace. There is no other way to lose that much, faster.

Exercise with your eating plan, the two together will be the most successful for losing weight. Losing that much however I recommend also seeing your doctor for a health check first and to discuss your exercises weight loss plan to ensure your body will cope with the changes you are asking of it.

instead of walking when you feel up to it jog and then eventually run, and if your walking i'd say walk fast and uphill or nothing will change, you have to sweat, make sure you sweat, also just cut back on the calories, try eating right all week and saturday you can have 1 or 2 bad things liek som echips or a cookie, if that too hard maybe have like a bite of a chocolate bar one day, but not the whole thing..also instead of bread, melba toast! its awesome
