Internet searches only bring up ads. I just need someone who is following an alkaline diet to share with me what their daily routine is—IN GENERAL.

Basically I try to eat 80% or more alkaline foods (mostly green veggies, avocados, etc)and the rest acid. Very little meat or poultry, wild fish every few days, tofu okay too. Lots of green powder drinks every day and or Fresh veggie juices. Lemon or lime squeezed in water and drink lots of it. Fruit for a treat.
No coffee, darn it, or sugar (stevia okay), or dairy, though I hear goat milk is OK.
The book pH miracles is good and fairly userfriendly, though I must admit I do not take many of the supplements suggested.
